At EPX IT, we believe in looking after the communities we're part of. In December our brilliant social committee and general staff came together to raise over £1,000 for two local foodbanks, House of Bread and Rising Brook Food Bank. Items covering everything from everyday essentials to a few well-deserved treats.
Sophie and Harri, gave their time to shop across two supermarkets and deliver two full car loads of donations. We're so proud and gratful of everyone who contributed. Any little donation helps, and this was far more than a little.
Corporate Social Responsibility at EPX IT
At EPX IT, we believe technology should do more than power business - it should power positive change. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach is built around this belief, blending innovation, sustainability, and community engagement to make a meaningful difference.
Giving back through technology
We repurpose and donate retired EPX IT equipment to trusted local charities, helping bridge the digital divide. Each device is securely erased, tested, and rehomed - often becoming a critical tool for education, job seeking, or everyday access to the digital world.
To date, hundreds of computers have been donated.

Following our annual company day, we were delighted to donate full boxes of Lego to a Stafford primary school. Lego brings out the best in people of all ages, from problem-solving and teamwork to a surprising amount of competitive spirit!
We hope the donation supports the school's pupils with everything from creativity and fine motor skills to confidence and collaboration. A small gesture, but one we hope makes a big difference in our local community.

Rebranding is exciting, but it comes with a responsibility we didn't take lightly. New look, new materials, but what happens to the old ones? Rather than letting perfectly good uniform and merchandise go to waste, we donated everything to a brilliant local community group, There is no Planet B. They used the items in a fashion show celebrating sustainability and creativity, and honestly, we think that's a far better second life than a bin bag. We are proud to support a group doing such meaningful work.

Free IT Stafford is a UK volunteer tech team repairing unwanted computers and giving them back to the community - for free!
We regularly donate redundant laptops to this fantastic organisation.
Supporting local organisations and initiatives
From proudly sponsoring the Stone Food and Drink Festival to backing initiatives like the Staffordshire Business Awards, EPX IT actively invests in the cultural and economic vitality of our region. We don’t just show up - we shine a spotlight.
Through social media, blogs, and press partnerships, we share stories of our involvement and the people driving these events forward. Our team members are also encouraged to attend and volunteer, with their contributions celebrated online and internally.
In 2026, we partnered with Stafford Rugby Club, a well-established community club that plays an important role in local sport and social life. As part of our partnership, we provide IT support to help ensure the club’s systems and facilities run smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both its day-to-day operations and future development. We’re pleased to contribute to an organisation that brings people together across the local area and helps maintain strong community connections.
