Here at EPX we have two fantastic apprentices, Michael and Elliot. Both Michael and Elliot are in their second year of training with Baltic, and we were chuffed to receive a notification this week that Elliot was nominated by his trainer as Apprentice of the Week … here’s what Tom had to say;“Elliot has been a pleasure to work with this week. He has been an enthusiastic participant getting involved with all of the group discussions and providing an interesting insight into to his experiences with project management. His assignment work has been excellent and I have enjoyed working with him this week.” Tom Wakeford
In addition to this, we recently awarded Elliot for being a value ambassador for Excellent Customer Service, after receiving this praise from a customer: “I had their engineer, Elliot Bishop, save me from a near meltdown this afternoon when I had a video laptop run out of space. I was really impressed with the fact that he jumped on and managed to get my laptop functioning again within 20 minutes, kept me very well informed and asked me all the relevant questions. Most importantly, he listened to all my worries with several issues over the last two days with so much politeness and really put me at ease. I find it pretty rare to get service that great these days”.
