Our team is growing, and we are excited to welcome our new IT Apprentice, Ethan.Ethan will be supporting and shadowing Alex, our Service Dispatcher, to gain the experience and qualifications needed to support our Service Desk.
“I found out about EPX when I was informed about them by Baltic who my apprenticeship is with. I’ve always wanted to become an IT engineer as I’ve always loved troubleshooting IT-related problems and then finding a solution and its always a good feeling when you manage to help someone out doing that. I am looking forward to the exciting journey ahead with EPX”.
Outside of work, Ethan loves spending time watching TV and films or playing on his gaming PC or console.
We are thrilled to have Ethan on board, supporting our tech department in aiding our clients and helping them get the most from their IT. His "Think like a customer' mentality and positive attitude makes him a perfect fit for EPX and our values.
