We are excited to share some good news to start 2022 off right.

Announcing the EPX Service Delivery Portal - a software application that is installed onto your enrolled work device to make raising and tracking Service Tickets easier and quicker than email or phone calls to the EPX Service Desk.

More time saving, less time waiting

You will be able to access the portal from a mobile device conveniently with our browser-based version at epx.deskdirector.com to see, track and update the tickets on the go.

You will receive real-time notifications when an Engineer is assigned to, updates, or closes a ticket in our system and you can also communicate and add information directly in the Portal application.

How to use the EPX Service Delivery Portal?

We have prepared a video guide to take you through the easy process of opening and logging into the Portal, raising a new support ticket, tracking, and closing the tickets in our system via the Portal.Overall, we believe the features in the EPX Service Delivery Portal will enhance the service we’re able to provide to our partners and simplify the delivery of our IT support.

Access to the Portal is available to all supported clients free of charge.

It’s important to note that the Portal is an additional way for organisations to be able to make support requests. It does not replace other methods.
