Over recent months, we’ve welcomed some fantastic new team members to EPX IT, each bringing their own experience, perspective and enthusiasm to the business. While they may no longer feel “new” internally after quickly becoming part of day-to-day life at EPX IT, we wanted to take the opportunity to officially introduce the newest faces in the team: Sam, Alisha and Elliott.

As the business continues to grow, so does the importance of bringing in people who align not only with the technical standards we aim for, but also with the way we work. Culture is something we place a huge amount of value on at EPX IT.
We want people who care about doing things properly, supporting clients effectively and contributing positively to the wider team environment.
For us, recruitment has never been about simply filling roles. It is about building a team that continues to strengthen the level of support, knowledge and service we provide to clients every day.

Positive work environment
Alisha noted the work environment is also a fun one - which is another important aspect!
She said: “It has been busy since joining EPX IT, but time flies when the work environment is fun and there’s always something going on. It’s been great getting to know the team, learning new things and getting involved.”
