What the estimate covers
The monthly figure covers day to day support for your team, monitoring and maintenance across your machines, and cover for your servers and any managed firewalls. It excludes Microsoft 365 licences, hardware, one off projects and connectivity, because those vary too much between businesses to average usefully.
Your real price comes from a short survey of your setup, so treat the calculator as a guide rather than a quote. If your environment is unusual, or you have more than 250 team members, we price to what is actually there instead of from a calculator.
