Refer a Business, Choose Your Reward!

To make a referral, email referrals@epx.co.uk with the business name, a contact there and your own details. EPX IT will take it from there, and you will hear from us once the business has been contacted, so there is nothing for you to chase in the meantime.

You can refer any UK-based business with 20 or more IT users that is not already an EPX IT client and could benefit from professional IT support and cybersecurity. Size and sector matter less than fit, so if you are unsure whether a business qualifies it is worth asking before you refer them.

EPX IT will contact the business you referred and start a conversation with them. If they sign up and stay for three full months of paid service, we will get in touch with you to confirm your reward and to agree which of the options you would like to take.

Your reward is issued once the referred business has signed a contract for EPX IT Support and completed three full months of paid service. Both conditions have to be met, so the timing depends on when they start, and EPX IT will contact you as soon as the second one is satisfied.

Yes. The business you refer chooses between 20% off their first 6 months of IT Support or one month completely free, and terms apply to both. The choice is theirs rather than yours, so it is worth mentioning when you refer them that they will have that decision to make.

There is no limit to how many businesses you can refer, and you receive a reward for every successful one rather than only the first. Each referral is treated separately, so several can be running at once and each is assessed on whether that business signs and completes three full months with EPX IT.

EPX IT operates a first come, first logged system, so the first referral received by email or through the form is the one honoured. That is why it is worth sending yours as soon as you have the business name and a contact, rather than waiting until you have spoken to them.

You can pick one of four rewards: £1,000 cash, which is subject to tax; high-end tech such as a MacBook Air or iPad Pro; £1,500 of EPX IT service credit; or a £1,500 charity donation made in your name. The choice is yours once the referral has completed three full months.

The rewards scheme is for clients and contacts with a business relationship to EPX IT, rather than for employees. If you work here and know of a business that would benefit, check with your manager before making a referral, and they will advise on the right route for it.
