We put AI to work on ourselves first.

Every recommendation we make has been tested on our own business before it reaches yours. In our first month, the internal systems we put in place began saving EPX IT nearly 90 hours every month across the business, and we are still building. This page shows exactly where the time comes from.

Where the hours come from.

Four systems, all built on work we were already doing every week. Each one leaves the judgement with a person and gives the legwork to the machine. Many run on the same prompts we use regularly, free to take and try on your own work.

Marketing material and presentations

AI now does the heavy lifting on our marketing material and presentation creation, so a person shapes and approves the work instead of starting it from nothing.

Saving: around 20 hours a month.

Preparing our partner technology reviews

The technology reviews we run with our partners need information prepared from many different sources. We automated that preparation, so the picture is ready when we sit down rather than assembled by hand beforehand.

Saving: around 33 hours a month.

Project scoping that starts ahead

We trained AI on our last three years of project scoping. Instead of starting with a blank Excel file, each new project begins with an outline of the work expected for every task, along with timescales, ready for a person to review and refine.

Saving: around 25 hours a month.

From hardware list to best price

After scoping, once a project's hardware specification is listed, AI automatically finds the kit and the best prices from our suppliers before we quote our clients.

Saving: around 10 hours a month.

Nearly 90 hours a month, in our first month.

In our first month, we put internal systems in place that are saving nearly 90 hours every month across the business, and we are still building. Every figure on this page is our own, measured on our own work.

Built under the same rules we sell.

None of this went in ahead of the groundwork. Our own responsible AI policy and data classification came first, deciding what information may reach which tool, and the systems were built inside those rules, governed to ISO 42001. It is the same order of work we deliver for clients as AI Foundations, and it is why the savings and the safety arrived together.

  • The policy and the data rules were in place before the tools were.
  • A person stays in charge of every judgement call; AI does the legwork.
  • What we learn running it here is what we bring to your rollout.
