After scoping, once a project's hardware specification is listed, AI automatically finds the kit and the best prices from our suppliers before we quote our clients.

None of this went in ahead of the groundwork. Our own responsible AI policy and data classification came first, deciding what information may reach which tool, and the systems were built inside those rules, governed to ISO 42001.
